How we measure
Every price, free-tier limit, and export/API status in this directory was checked against the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown next to it. We do not estimate. Where we could not verify a number, the field is left blank rather than filled with a guess.
What the date stamp means
The small dated tag next to a number is not decoration — it is the number's source of trust. It tells you exactly when we last confirmed that figure against the vendor's own pricing page, and links to that page so you can re-check it yourself.
Three stages of a number's age

| Under 60 days | The number as normal, with a sienna date stamp. |
| 60–210 days | The number still shows, but the stamp turns grey and a line appears: "Checked N months ago — see current price →". |
| Over 210 days | The number is withdrawn — replaced with a link to the vendor's current pricing page. The tool stays in the table; we just stop repeating a figure we no longer trust. |
The date stamp is metadata, not a warranty. Old data makes a page less useful — it should never make the page wrong.
Why a tool disappears from the pricing table
A tool is left out of this directory if it does not let users export their own data (data_export: none). A directory you cannot leave is not a fair comparison — this is the one disqualifying criterion we apply before anything else.
